Transaction Information

We accept payments by Pre-Payment (Bank Transfer) and all major Debit and Credit Cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For the above cases, upon completion of your order VE Very Exclusive e-store will direct you to a secure environment in order to complete your payment. We do not accept Cash on Delivery.

In any case, shipments are going to be released only upon full confirmation of payment of the order.


Credit Cards

All credit card holders are subject to validity checks and approval by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to approve the payment, please contact them directly to resolve the problem. VE Very Exclusive is not liable for any delays.


Pre-Payment (Bank Transfer)

If you place an order and select bank transfer as the payment method, VE Very Exclusive will start processing your order only after your payment has been received. If no payment is received within three business days, your order will be cancelled.

VE Very Exclusive e-store offers online products for purchase to be delivered Only in Cyprus. Shipments outside of Cyprus can be potentially executed following special agreement.

Orders within Cyprus are shipped free of charge through an in-house delivery service.

Deliveries are made during working days, Monday through Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00.

All delivered goods are accompanied by the appropriate documentation. If an order is intended as a gift, please give us notice in order to gift wrap the product prior to delivery.

Standard delivery usually takes around 1 to 2 working days (Unless expressly stated in the product page). Signing will be requested upon receipt of the product as proof of delivery. If you are not in at the time of delivery, we will leave a note with details to arrange another delivery time.

Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays or Weekends. Please allow additional time, if ordering on or near public holidays or during sale periods.

In any circumstance, orders will be shipped after the full confirmation of payment.



The shipment is insured up until the point that the recipient has signed for delivery.


Click & Collect

We offer a Click & Collect service within VE Very Exclusive stores (this option is subject to the store’s opening/closing times). Please allow up to one working day for the item to arrive at the selected store. Once received, a member of the in-store team will contact you to arrange the collection. Please ensure you take your personal ID with you, including the credit card used to process payment for the verification of the transaction.


Changing the Delivery Address

If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service team by emailing or +35722897361.

If you have already received a shipment confirmation email for your order, it is on its way to you and can no longer be changed.


You have the right to return any products purchased within 14 calendar days and request their exchange or refund. After 14 calendar days from the day the product has been received by the customer, no right of return can be granted. Any sale products may not be returned at any given time.

The product must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as when you have received it:

  • In its original packaging
  • With seals and protective films intact – if these are removed, we cannot accept the returned product
  • Including the warranty card and any accessories delivered along with the product
  • With the original sales receipt

We cannot accept return of products which are bespoke, customized, or otherwise clearly tailored to your personal needs, e.g. in case of individual engravings or changes in the product. Once received, the product will be subjected to a comprehensive quality inspection. Returns which do not cover the above conditions Will Not be Accepted and will be returned to the client at his cost.

Returns/Shipping method

You may return your items to us either via courier (you are responsible for selecting the correct shipping method for return deliveries and insurance cover) or you may return the items at VE Very Exclusive locations

To return your item via courier service the procedure is simple and can be done as follows:

  • Contact us through email at, including your full name, your order number, briefly explaining the reason of the return and whether you would like to receive a replacement or a refund.
  • Within 2 working days you will receive our reply email with further instructions for the return.

If you have ordered more than one product and these have been delivered in separate packages, they may not be returned in a single package but must be sent back separately in the same manner as the delivery in order to be covered by the insurance policy.

You will only be refunded once the returned products have been inspected by our after-sales service team. Upon receipt of your return a thorough check will be executed and if no problem or defect arises with the product, the packaging, or the accompanying documents you will be notified by email for its acceptance.

Right to reject

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days from your order receipt date to arrange a collection and refund.



Once we have received the product unused, unworn and in the same condition as when you received it, we will check that your return delivery is correct. If your return is accepted, we will refund the amount to your credit card (or the original payment method). Depending on your credit card issuer, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be fully processed.
